Fit for Fall is a 50 minute small group training class. STRENGTH: Focus on developing and building muscle through functional strength training - barbells, dumbbells, cables, kettle bells, & more. BURN: Focus on burning body fat with conditioning through interval training and bootcamp styled workouts.
To cancel and reschedule, session must be removed via website or Fit by Wix app is needed 12 hours in advance or session will be forfeit.
