Service Description

Join our Shred Season 3: 30 minute small group training fitness classes [HIIT & Strength] at FIT WITH LO! **WARNING: Results may include LOSS OF BODY FAT, POUNDS, INCHES around the body** For the next 12 weeks, our focus is on burning body fat and building lean muscle through functional strength training and high intensity interval training [HIIT]. Exercises will be utilizing a variety of equipment including barbells, battle ropes, sandbags, dumbbells, cable machines, kettle bells, leg machines and more. An experienced and certified trainer [Coach Lo] will guide you through each session to help you reach your fitness goals. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to build your dream body and confidence in a supportive group setting!!
