Join our Muscle Mamis 50 minute small group training fitness class at FIT WITH LO! For the next 12 weeks, our focus is on building muscle through functional strength training and progressive overload. Exercises will be utilizing a variety of equipment including barbells, dumbbells, cable machines, kettle bells, leg machines and more. An experienced and certified personal trainer [Coach Lo] will guide you through each session to help you reach your fitness goals.
